**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVISION AN ICT DISASTER RECOVERY SOLUTION FOR THE MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY COUNCIL FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.** Bidders should be ICT service providers with: a valid Microsoft Solutions Partner designation (Infrastructure (Azure) or Security); demonstrable Hyper-V and backup/replication experience; BCM/DR capabilities; and the ability to deploy a DR site within 30–75 km of MHSC’s Gauteng office (Rivonia, Sandton). The procurement includes off-site DR infrastructure, network, BCM services, testing, training, and ongoing DR support.

#### Requirements
- Proof of Microsoft Solutions Partner designation (must be valid at bid closure).
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for consortiums/JVs; CSD if no TCS.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and related tax verification.
- Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; attach SBD 3 pricing schedule; B-BBEE affidavit/certificate.
- Evidence of three or more reference letters for ICT DR services; CVs showing Hyper-V experience; backup/replication tool experience; valid certificates.
- Site evaluation readiness: DR facility 30–75 km from MHSC; backup power; data centre features.
