- Mandatory Microsoft qualification: valid Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Infrastructure (Azure) and/or Security; proven AD reinstallation and Entra Connect experience (attach proof).
- Evidence requirements: three or more signed reference letters (AD/Entra Connect projects), CVs showing 5+ years (or 3–4, etc.) in AD/Azure AD; relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Compliance: valid Tax Compliance (SARS PIN or CSD registration) and proof of CSD registration; B-BBEE proof; SBD forms completed (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and fully completed Pricing Schedule (SBD3).
- Returnable documents: proof of CSD registration, tax verification, and all mandatory forms as per RFQ.
- Additional: Project Plan with timelines; evidence of capability for on-prem remediation; completion within the stated project window; POPIA and OHS-related acknowledgments.
