#### Requirements

- Maintain compliance with the contract’s risk and governance requirements: Public Liability Insurance of at least R5,000,000; establish a control room within 30 days of award; adhere to confidentiality and IDFC IP rights; tax compliance via SARS PIN or CSD (separate PINs for JV/sub-contractors).
