**Appointment of a service provider to render 24-hour security guarding services at IDFC properties under Cluster 2 in KwaZulu-Natal for a 36-month term.** Bidders should be experienced security providers with PSIRA registration and meet procurement/compliance requirements (tax, insurance, and vendor registers). 

#### Requirements
- National Treasury CSD registration or SARS Tax Compliance (PIN) status; if in a consortium, each party must be compliant.
- PSIRA registration with valid PSIRA certificates for guards; COIDA good standing; PSSPF Section 13A confirmation.
- Completion of SBD 1 and SBD 4, Declaration of Interest, Certificate of Authority to Sign Bid, and other listed bid forms.
- Attendance at the compulsory online briefing (proof via MS Teams registration; briefing 15 July 2026 at 10:00).
- Public liability insurance minimum R5 000 000, to be provided within seven working days of award and maintained for the contract duration.
- Establish a 24-hour control room and implement an Active Guard Monitoring System; provide riot plan and adequate guard resources; undergo site inspections as required.
- Pricing must align with the Annexure A/template and Bargaining Council rates; ensure VAT is included where applicable.
- Bids must be valid for 120 days; late bids are disqualified; site visits may be conducted.
