- Proof of Public Liability Insurance (minimum R5,000,000) and 24-hour control room capability; riot/contingency planning and riot firearms plan.
- Completed SBD1 and SBD4 forms; Declaration of Interest; VAT status if applicable; evidence of briefing attendance (MS Teams/attendance record).
- Pricing schedule, technical proposal, and supporting references; site deployment plan and staff/posting plan; JV/Consortium agreements if applicable.
