## Summary

#### Overview
**CCMA seeks a service provider to render an integrated Employee Health, Wellness & Work-Life Balance Programme for 36 months.** Suitable bidders are experienced employee-wellness providers with EAPA-SA accreditation and HPCSA-registered clinicians, able to deliver a holistic programme across CCMA offices nationwide under an SLA, covering four pillars of wellness and reporting requirements.

#### Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance with a tax compliance PIN and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with Master Registration Number.
- Mandatory EAPA-SA certificate and a consolidated list of multidisciplinary clinicians with full registrations (HPCSA or equivalent); minimum 251 clinicians in the database; contract/letter of intent for at least 50% of listed clinicians.
- Compliance with POPIA; strict confidentiality; CCMA may perform background verification.
- BBBEE certificate and adherence to SBDs: Annexure 2 (SBD1), Annexure 3 (SBD3.3), Annexure 4 (SBD4), Annexure 5 (SBD6.1), Annexure 6 (SBD7.2), Annexure 7 (CCMA conditions), Annexure 8 (POPIA).
- Ability to deliver a full SLA, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and a dedicated Client Relationship Manager; implementation must not exceed one month from award.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Scope of Work and ability to launch within one month (refer to the bid document).
