**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER CLEANING AND HYGIENE SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT – REGIONAL LAND CLAIMS COMMISSION AND LODGEMENT OFFICES FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.** Bidders should be cleaning/hygiene service providers able to supply cleaners, a supervisor, on-site management, equipment, consumables and training, compliant with GCC/SBDs, sectoral wage determinations, and preferential procurement rules (HDI, gender, locality, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Register with the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include reference numbers on the SBD1 form.
- Provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or a tax clearance certificate; if a consortium, each party must provide separate TCS/CSD.
- Complete and submit the attached bid documents: GCC, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Terms of Reference, and the Pricing Schedule (SBD3.3).
- Submit proof to claim specific goals (HDI, female, disability, youth, locality) with corresponding documentation.
- Wages and costs: cleaners and supervisors must be paid in accordance with the Department of Employment and Labour Sectoral Determination; prices must be fixed for 36 months and include all benefits; bidder must supply all cleaning equipment, consumables, and detergents.
- Provide performance security within 30 days of award; ensure ability to deliver and maintain records for audits.
