## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to render comprehensive professional cleaning services to the Department of Transport for a period of three years.** Bidders should be experienced in large-scale cleaning/facilities management, able to staff roughly 700 personnel, supply equipment and consumables, and comply with governance and safety standards.

#### Requirements
- Minimum staffing as per TOR: 30 cleaners including 5 supervisors and 5 males (Annexure B).
- Provide a detailed pricing breakdown covering salaries/wages, leave, overtime, uniforms, training, and other costs, for Year 1–3 (Annexure B).
- Submit Annexure D templates: Company Experience (D1), Proposed Team (D2), and Summary of past experience (D3) with certified qualifications for team members and verifiable references.
- Compliance documents: updated CSD, Tax Clearance Certificate, SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 6.1) and BBBEE status where applicable; sign the General Conditions of Contract (GCC) on each page.
- Attach proof of past projects and contactable references; sign all paper copies of Annexure D.
- Ensure bids are complete and responsive to TOR/annexures and provide protected electronic copies as required (Annexure D).
