#### Requirements
- Compliance with the PPPFA 2000, PPP Regulations 2022, GCC, and any special conditions.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; where no TCS PIN is available, provide CSD; if part of a consortium/JV, each party must submit its own TCS/CSD.
- If applicable, submit a B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs & QSEs must provide to qualify for preference points).
- Complete and submit on official forms; the successful bidder must sign a written contract form (**SBD7**).
