- Technical compatibility with Konica Minolta Bizhub C650i devices; AD integration; centralized device management; secure pull printing; scan-to-email/folder; OCR-enabled searchable PDFs; audit logs and reporting; encrypted device-server communication.
- 24 months of remote and on-site maintenance, software updates/patches, and SLA-based incident resolution; monthly support reports.
- Deliverables: installation/configuration, user testing documentation, system docs, and ongoing support for 24 months.
- Support SLA: Priority-based response/resolution targets (e.g., Critical 2h/8h; High 4h/1 day; etc.).
