**The Limpopo Economic Development Agency/MMSEZ SOC RFQ seeks a service provider of professional HR/organizational-design services to review MMSEZ SOC’s organisation structure.** Bidder experience should include organisational design, job evaluation and grading, change management, and stakeholder consultation, with preference for capabilities relevant to SEZs or state-owned entities.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated 10+ years in organisational design with credible reference letters; provide company profile and project references.
- A dedicated project lead with 10+ years in HR/organisational design, including project management and HR evaluation/grading expertise; attach CV and qualifications.
- Ability to conduct job evaluation, grading, and pay-scale reviews; design fit-for-purpose structures; develop implementation/change management plans.
- Compliance indicators: SARS tax PIN, CSD registration (or BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit), and signing of required SBD forms; be not in the service of the state.
- Capacity to provide comprehensive delivery (close-out reports) and adhere to the PPPFA 2022 80/20 framework, including specific goals.
