- Minimum team: three Town/Urban/Regional Planners (5+ years post-qualification each) and one Legal Practitioner with at least 5–10 years in drafting Acts/by-laws.
- Deliverables experience: final reviewed SPLUM By-Law with schedules, three design concepts, booklets (50 x A6), USB copies, and print-ready artwork.
- Mandatory documents: Tax Clearance (SARS TCC 001), CSD registration, LA1.6 Authority to sign, pricing schedule (SBD 3.3), full CVs and proof of professional registrations, organizational structure, client references, and sign-off authorities.
