- Pre-qualifying documents: valid CSD membership certificate; tax clearance; complete BOQ; Form D (signed/stamped); briefing register.
- Evidence of B-BBEE status (e.g., level 2 or better) and, if claiming specific goals, documentation for Black Youth Owned status.
- Joint Venture/Consortium/Subcontract agreements signed where applicable (leading bidder identified).
- Complete and submit all RFP documentation, including declarations; no unauthorised amendments.
- Provide delivery capacity for hydrostatic tests at the specified locations; comply with PRASA’s general purchase conditions and testing scope (includes AIR RECEIVERs, OIL SEPARATORS, etc.).
- Pricing aligned to the attached BOQ; adherence to 60-working-day validity, and payment terms (invoice on acceptance; 30 days after correct invoice).
