#### Overview
**RFQ for a service provider to service, maintain, repair, replace existing units, supply and install roller shutters and bi-parting sliding doors for Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) sites as required.** Bidders should have relevant experience in door systems maintenance and installation, hold CIDB grading 2CE or higher, and be prepared to comply with JRA’s SCM and PPPFA rules. - Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide Tax PIN/TCS, CIDB registration (minimum 2CE), COIDA registration, certified company documents, and BBBEE documentation. 
- Documentation and forms
- Mandatory RFQ forms must be completed (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD7.1) and the JRA pricing schedule (MBD 3.1) completed.
- Qualifications
- Qualified Civil Engineering personnel with at least N6 qualification.
- SHE Officer with a National Diploma in Safety Management (NDSM) or higher.
- Local content (designated sector) requirements per SATS 1286:2011 (e.g., 100% local content for bi-parting sliding doors; 70% for motors, etc.). See Annex C/D/E templates in the attached Local Content provisions.
- Additional disqualifications and conditions per the RFQ (no state employees; Joint Ventures must submit joint documentation; compliance with GCC and PPPFA; rating and BID requirements).
