#### Overview
**SASSETA seeks a service provider to set up, film, photograph, edit, produce, and live-stream SASSETA events from appointment until 31 March 2030.** Target bidders are media production firms with end-to-end digital event production capabilities (videography, photography, editing, live streaming, PowerPoint design) and the ability to deliver across multiple event formats. The estimated budget is up to R50M (incl. taxes); the award uses an 80/20 price-and-goals evaluation, with 120-day bid validity.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrate capabilities with a company profile and evidence across filming, editing, production, and live streaming; provide 3+ signed client reference letters and accompanying downloadable videos for digital conferencing, plus 3+ pre-recorded events, 3+ PowerPoint presentations (PDF), and 3+ corporate photography references (downloadable images).
- Submit all mandated documents: Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) unaltered, and completed SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1); register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD registration report; initial each page of Annexure A (GCC).
- Comply with governance and privacy: confidentiality/POPIA, tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS), and adhere to GCC terms and procurement rules; B-BBEE status documentation if applicable.
