- 3–5 contactable references from recent OD/ROD engagements; reference letters on company letterhead with client details.
- Bidders must submit: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form.
- Proposals must comply with SABS terms; valid for 120 days from closing date.
