## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of 1000 printed Fulcrum Biometrics (FBSA) Java Cards.** The Border Management Authority invites bids from capable hardware/smart-card suppliers to supply 1000 FBSA Java Cards, meeting ISO/IEC 7816, JAVA Card 3.0.4, GlobalPlatform 2.2.1, specified cryptographic suites, and related delivery and compliance requirements (see attached RFQ pack).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance with SARS PIN/TCS and CSD registration where applicable.
- Evidence of BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) and compliance with B-BBEE points.
- Completion and submission of required SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (BBBEE), SBD 7.
- Declaration on CSD registration and approved authority to sign (board resolution or proof of authority).
- Technical compliance with: ISO 7816, JAVA Card 3.0.4, GlobalPlatform 2.2.1, and the listed cryptographic, memory, and performance specs.
- Professional Indemnity insurance (minimum R160 million) and other contract insurance as specified.
- Firm, all-inclusive pricing for 1,000 units with delivery to the specified destination; adherence to 120-day bid validity standard and 30-day payment terms after invoice.
