#### Requirements
- 210-250 L fridge with bottom freezer, white; energy rating minimum Class A.
- Firm price in RSA currency; all delivery costs included; delivery to Durban as per special condition.
- Compliance documentation: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or proof of tax status); VAT details.
- Complete and sign required SBD forms: SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Claims), plus supplier declarations.
- BBBEE: include BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; submit proof to claim specific goals (80/20 system).
- Training: indicate training period not longer than 6 weeks after PO.
