## Summary

#### Overview
**ATNS seeks to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver refreshments to ATNS Mafikeng Airport for a period of three years on an as-and-when-required basis.** Bidders should be catering/hospitality providers with experience in food/beverage delivery, logistics and compliance with SA procurement requirements (CSD, SARS tax clearance, CIPC, B-BBEE).

#### Requirements
- Locality footprint North-West with proof (municipal bill, lease, or MoU with a locally based partner).
- SARS tax compliance status (PIN) valid for 60 days from submission.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with latest full report.
- Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) registration documents.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs.
- Evidence of product quality controls, including SABS certification or equivalent; ATNS may test quality.
- Ability to meet delivery and service requirements (same-day/after-hours/public holiday coverage) and to comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- Evidence for ATNS-specific goal claims (e.g., 51% black-owned, 30% black-woman owned) including CSD/CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, IDs, and BBBEE documentation.
