#### Overview
**The NRF invites bids to appoint a service provider to supply and deliver laboratory equipment to SAEON Ndlovu (delivery to North-West University, Potchefstroom).** Bidders should be able to supply listed laboratory equipment and related consumables, with a once-off contract and delivery to the NWU address.

- A valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (where applicable).

- Pricing schedule (SBD 3.1) on company letterhead.  
- Compliance with the scope, including the portable chlorophyll meter and listed reagents (as per page 8 and pricing schedule).  
- Delivery capability to the North-West University address; contract is once-off.  
- Tax compliance checks and related SARS provisions.
