**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER OF 50ppm DIESEL AT VARIOUS FILLING POINTS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.** UShaka Marine World invites quotations from diesel suppliers capable of supplying 50ppm diesel across four on-site filling points, with delivery and dispensing to emergency generators on a 12‑month basis. Suitable bidders are those with proven diesel supply and on-site dispensing capabilities, compliance with dangerous goods requirements, and relevant registrations and pre-qualifications.

#### Requirements
- Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal; compliant with tax clearance (or SARS PIN/TCS) and related pre-qualifications.
- Valid calibration certificate for the fuel dispensing equipment; proof of experience showing at least 3 similar diesel supply/delivery appointments in the last 2 years.
- Dangerous Goods Training (HAZMAT) and Delivery Driver’s DG training records.
- Valid Public Liability Insurance of at least R1,000,000 prior to award.
- Completion and submission of mandatory forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); COIDA good standing; offer on company letterhead; proof of CSD status or SARS PIN/TCS; calibration and prior project references.
- Compliance with on-site safety, including Project Safety File, safety induction, and adherence to OHSA 85 of 1993; normal working hours (08:00–17:00).
