- Prices in ZAR; no unilateral price adjustments without written approval; bidder bears currency risk if quoted in foreign currency.
- Evaluation: comply with mandatory eligibility criteria, then price and BBBEE-based preference (80/20). Provide valid BBBEE certificate to claim preference points.
