#### Requirements
- Compliance with PFMA/PP Regulations; use of official bid forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1).
- Tax: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN via eFiling or printed TCS); if applicable, CSD number; bids from SA state employees are restricted.
- BBBEE: provide active BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; complete SBD 6.1 for specific goals.
