## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to supply, configure, implement, train and support an online venue booking and payment management system for The Playhouse Company.** The system shall be cloud-based, integrate with the Playhouse website, support online payments via multiple gateways, provide scheduling/calendar features (Outlook integration), and include training and post-implementation support. Suitable for IT/software vendors with experience in cloud platforms, payment gateway integration, website integration, and end-user training with SLA commitments.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration report not older than 30 days reflecting compliant tax status; pricing inclusive of VAT; valid BEE affidavit/SANAS certificate; completed and signed SBD 4.
- Company profile with relevant experience and references; proposed project implementation plan; proof of technical support capability.
- System must meet the described scope (configuration, online booking, payments, scheduling, reporting, training, support) and POPIA/compliance requirements.
- Proposals will be evaluated on functionality and price, with a minimum functionality threshold of 70%.
