#### Requirements
- Price inclusive of VAT, firm delivery period, and price validity for 90 days.
- Evaluation on a 80/20 preferential framework (80 price, 20 specific goals).
- Specific goals: youth-owned (5 points), black woman-owned (10 points), SME (5 points).
- Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number.
- Attach certified copy of ID, CSD full registration report, BBBEE certificate or BBBEE sworn affidavit, and CIPC documents.
- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number if no TCS; separate TCS for each party in a consortium/joint venture.
- Late responses will not be considered; state servants and related conflicts are restricted.
