## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a service provider to supply, install and reroute fibre optic and power cables from the main halls to inside the perimeter fence – Once Off.** Bidders with construction/telecoms installation expertise should consider bidding; required qualifications include CIDB Grade 2 EB, ISO 9001:2015, OHSA/NBRB compliance, and B-BBEE governance.

#### Requirements
- CIDB Grade 2 EB; OHSA 1993 compliance; National Building Regulations; Road Traffic Act; Consumer Protection Act.  
- ISO 9001:2015 certification; ability to warranty all equipment.  
- Minimum B-BBEE level 3 (or SANAS-accredited verification for certain entity types); CSD registration current (not older than 3 months); SARS Tax Compliance Status with PIN.  
- Submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; provide CIDB details and residential verification where required.  
- Minimum 70/100 in functionality evaluation; detailed reference letters (5+ preferred) for similar work; CVs and qualifications of key personnel.  
- Complete pricing schedule (Table 8) and sign schedule of deviations if any.  
- Schedule of proposed sub-contractors (CIDB registered) and proof of CSD for subcontractors.  
- Returnable documents must be complete; non-submissions render bid non-responsive. (see TASEZ/RFP006/2026)

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: closing date 09 October 2026 at 12:00; validity period 120 days.  
- Compulsory briefing: 25 September 2026, 10:00–12:00, at TASEZ Central Hub Manitoba, Pretoria (compulsory).  
- Submission method: hand deliver sealed bid to the Bid Box at Tshwane Automotive SEZ, CSIR Meiring Naude Rd, Pretoria; one original; clearly marked with RFP number. No electronic submissions.  
- Documents to submit: fully completed SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; CIDB EB; CSD proof; Tax PIN; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; company registration; letters of good standing; letters of reference; CVs for key personnel; pricing schedule (Table 8); schedule of deviations if any. - Pre-qualification: register on CSD; obtain Tax PIN; ensure tax clearance; confirm CIDB Grade 2 EB; confirm B-BBEE status; ensure local content declarations as required.
