#### Requirements
- Must be registered and capable to provide the service with appropriate managerial capacity and experience.
- Provide a full CSD (not older than 3 months) and a valid SARS Tax Clearance (CSD compliant).
- Submit latest municipal accounts for the business and ALL directors (not older than 3 months); ensure arrears do not exceed 90 days; provide proof of business/director addresses; lease or rural area proofs if applicable.
- Complete and sign MBD forms (MBD 2, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9) and C1/C2 documents; include company profile and CSD documentation.
- Provide minimum insurance (Fidelity and Public Liability) of at least R100,000,000 and PSIRA certificate; valid security clearance for all directors.
- Ensure no conflicts of interest; comply with SCM rules; provide Forms of Offer (C1.1/C1.2) and all Schedule returnables.
