#### Requirements
- 24/7 confidential counselling and support for ~500 employees nationwide.
- Operational premises with required infrastructure and accreditation by the relevant body (and due diligence on OEM accreditations, where applicable).
- POPIA/privacy compliance and supplier consent; adherence to SAWS POPIA policy.
