#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to undertake an expanded market assessment for the Rosslyn Inland Port Programme (RIPP).** IDC seeks a consultant to broaden the market assessment from automotive focus to a multi-sector, regional platform, testing demand, value propositions, and bankability. Target bidders are consultancies with proven experience in market demand studies for transport/logistics/infrastructure, including demand forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and producing bankable reports.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in market demand studies for transport/logistics/infrastructure; provide three relevant references from the last 10 years (with client contact details).
- Clear, detailed methodology and approach for a market demand study, covering:
  - demand forecasting, market/competitor analysis, stakeholder engagement, demand modelling, and bankable reporting.
- Detailed project plan with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt timeline, aligned to a six-month delivery.
- Qualified project team with defined roles (e.g., Project Lead; Market Economist/Demand Modeller; Transport/Freight Specialist; Intermodal/Logistics Specialist; Regional/SADC Specialist; Financial/PPP Specialist; GIS/Data Specialist) and CVs.
- Compliance and governance: CSD registration and tax compliance; board resolutions for bidders with a consortium/JV structure; B-BBEE documentation; privacy and POPIA considerations; and readiness to sign an SLA post-award.
