**Procurement of a service provider to undertake MHSC COE 240702 “EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CURRENT HEARING CONSERVATION PROGRAMS IN THE SAMI.”** The 18-month project will assess current Hearing Conservation Programs (HCPs) in the SAMI, including literature reviews, a noise risk profile, development of improved guidance, and a stakeholder workshop, with study sites across multiple mine types. Bidders should have expertise in occupational hygiene, audiology, and occupational medicine, and hold SAIOH, HPCSA registrations. #### Requirements
- Mandatory professional registrations: SAIOH (Occupational Hygienist/Technologist), HPCSA (Occupational Medical Practitioner), HPCSA (Audiologist) with valid certificates.  
- Experience: minimum 5 years in applied research; team members with ≥10 years in occupational hygiene; ≥10 years in audiology; ≥10 years in occupational medical practice.  
- Deliverables and methods aligned to the project scope (literature review, noise risk profile, guidance document, final HCP framework, stakeholder workshop, final reports).  
- Supporting documents: verifiable reference letters, CVs, project proposal per TOR, and qualified sub-contractors with their details.  
- Compliance: tax and supplier pre-qualification (CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number); PFMA/PPPFA compliance; SBD forms; POPIA, OH&S awareness.
