#### Requirements
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS) where applicable; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Adherence to PPPFA, GCC, and any applicable special conditions; responses on official forms only.
- If a consortium/Joint Venture or subcontractors are involved, provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party and signed agreements detailing work split and rand value.
- Security clearances for personnel, non-disclosure agreements, and compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
- Water quality services must meet relevant SA standards (e.g., SANS 241) and include sampling, analysis, reporting, and timely recommendations.
