**Appointment of a service provider to design, layout, and produce SASSETA's corporate publications.** The contract targets established design agencies with at least five years in operations and a proven track record in corporate publications. deliverables include a broad suite of SASSETA publications (annual plans, strategic plans, annual report, Sector Skills Plan, handbook, induction packs, event materials, career guides, branding assets, internal templates, adverts, posters, calendars, banners, leaflets). The engagement is valued up to a R50 million (incl. tax) with an 80/20 preference system, running to 31 March 2030. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026, 11:00.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory qualifications and track record
  - Company profile showing design, layout, and production of corporate publications; in operation for 5+ years.
  - Three or more relevant assignments; three signed reference letters; electronic copies of prior publications.
- Scope and deliverables
  - Design, layout, and production on an ad-hoc basis for items listed in Section 2.3 (e.g., Annual Performance Plan, Strategic Plan, Annual Report, Sector Skills Plan, SASSETA Handbook, induction packs, event materials, booklets, branded assets, templates, adverts, posters, calendars, banners, leaflets).
- Compliance and contracting rules
  - Complete and submit SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1); CSD registration with a downloadable report.
  - Initial each GCC page (Annexure A) and sign the contract as required; comply with GCC terms.
  - Maintain confidentiality and comply with POPI; sign a confidentiality agreement.
  - Pricing to follow SBD 3.1; contract value up to R50,000,000; 80/20 preference points.
  - Travel/expense policy for engagements outside Gauteng; reporting to SASSETA Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Evaluation
  - Phase 1: compliance with mandatory requirements (forms, CSD, GCC initials).
  - Phase 2: functionality scoring (company profile, years in business, references, and published work).
