#### Overview
**Procurement of professional structural/civil engineering services to assess, design, supervise and certify crane remedial works at SABS.** Suitable bidders are those that are suitably qualified, registered and experienced, with: Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) registration with ECSA for the Structural Engineer, COIDA Letter of Good Standing, and relevant Civil Engineering qualifications (BSc or BEng) recognized by ECSA; with proven crane-structure assessment, design and on-site supervision experience.

#### Requirements
- A valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing.
- Valid registration as Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng with ECSA for the proposed Structural Engineer.
- Certified copies of qualifications (BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by ECSA).
- Functionality requirements (disqualification if not met):
  - 1) Company Track Record: minimum five reference letters on similar structural projects.
  - 2) Structural Engineer Experience: detailed CV with qualifications, ECSA status, and related project history.
  - 3) Project Plan: detailed execution plan with methodology, inspections, timelines, deliverables, QA/QC, etc.
- Additional bidder documents to submit with quotation: CSD registration report, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Non-Disclosure Agreement, GCC.
