**APPOINTMENT OF A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT FACILITATOR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SKILLS PROGRAMME – TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL SKILLS PRACTITIONER.** The bidder pool is open to firms or individuals with occupational programme development and ETQA/QCTO alignment experience, capable of delivering a three-month engagement to develop a Technology and Digital Skills Practitioner programme (Annexure A).

#### Requirements
- Project Lead Consultant with minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational programme development or qualification realignment (CV required).
- Two signed, contactable reference letters from different RSA clients in the last five years.
- CSD Central Supplier Database registration and supplier number.
- Pricing Schedule completed and submitted.
- Valid SARS tax clearance and/or proof of application.
- SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preferential Procurement) forms.
- Certified copies of director IDs (not older than 6 months), CIPC document, shareholding certificate.
