**The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment seeks to appoint a suitable independent service provider to conduct an assessment of Government undertakings and commitments under the Forest Sector Code for a period of three months.** Suitable bidders include consulting firms with BBBEE/BBEE, public governance and reporting experience, and strong project-management capabilities to develop a completeness ratio framework and deliver a consolidated report and presentation to the Forest Sector Charter Council (FSCC). Relevant expertise in BBBEE, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement is preferred.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with tax (SARS PIN) and CSD registration; provide VAT status if applicable.
- B-BBEE status/verification (SANAS or CIPC certificate or sworn affidavit with CSD).
- If a JV/consortium, include an agreement and separate B-BBEE documentation for each party.
