**ATNS seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and accredited service provider to design and deliver an Integrated Project Management Certification Programme at ATNS, incorporating PMBOK (aligned to PMI standards) and PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.** The programme targets about 30 participants, includes on-site delivery at ATNS premises, materials, post-training support, and PMI/PRINCE2 examinations; bids are via the National Treasury e-Tender system with a closing date of 28 July 2026.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation and qualifications (bidder and lead facilitator):
  - PMI PMBOK accreditation; PRINCE2 accreditation (5–10 years typical experience) and proof of PMP and PRINCE2 certifications; detailed CVs.
  - Lead Facilitator: 10+ years PM experience; PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner; proven track record delivering integrated PMBOK/PRINCE2 training; CVs.
  - Supporting Facilitators: 5+ years PM experience; PMBOK/PRINCE2 certs; CVs.
- Delivery, content and materials (Volume 1A reference):
  - Integrated curriculum covering PMBOK 7th edition and PRINCE2 (latest edition); integrated methodology and templates; ATNS case-study based exercises; on-site training.
  - Certification: PMI exam prep (CAPM or PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner; exam fees included.
  - Learning materials: Accredited manuals, practice questions, templates/workbooks, and access to recorded sessions.
  - Post-training support: minimum 3 months (email/virtual), PMI exam application assistance.
- Evaluation and compliance (Volume 1A reference):
  - Minimum 70/100 in functionality; four-stage evaluation (administrative, mandatory, functionality, price); 80/20 price-preference weighting; BBEE and other regulatory documentation.
  - Compliance documents: CSD registration, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, IDs, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, POPIA consent, Declaration of Interest.
  - Other: format and submission requirements (SBD forms), and proof of registrations (CSD, TCS/PIN, etc.).
