**Appointment of a suitably qualified and authorised service provider to coordinate and manage the technical service and repairs of specialised video equipment for the period of 24 months.** Bidders should be capable in audiovisual/electronic equipment maintenance and repairs, with proven experience and relevant registrations (CSD, SARS tax status) and compliance for public sector contracts. Items include Sony FX3/FX6, lenses, SDI cabling, tripods, Godox lighting, and Blackmagic ATEM Mini.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in service/repair of video or similar electronic equipment (mandatory).
- Tax and supplier registrations: valid SARS Tax PIN and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration numbers; if involved in a consortium, each party must submit.
- Completion and submission of SBD documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; SBD 7 if long-term contract.
- B-BBEE documentation: valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified copies if applicable.
- Company profile, proof of registration (CIPC), ID copies of directors, and POPIA consent forms.
- POPIA/PAIA compliance and consent forms; agreement to GCC General Conditions.
- Provide technical specifications and pricing aligned to the listed equipment; official company quotation on letterhead.
