#### Overview
**Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to develop, produce, and deliver two high-quality Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) induction videos for ATNS.** The RFQ seeks end-to-end video production (filming, narration, editing, branding) for ATNS Head Office and station/site environments. Target bidders are corporate video production firms with proven induction/safety-content experience, capable of delivering two 15-minute, HD (ideally 4K) videos in MP4 formats, aligned with ATNS branding and health & safety requirements. Required qualifications include SAQA/NQF level 6 film production expertise, COIDA compliance, and SARS/CSD registrations for procurement eligibility.

#### Requirements
- Two contactable reference letters for video/film services (official letterhead, within past 5 years, signed, with verification details).
- Valid COIDA letter of good standing or Registered Mutual Association.
- Key personnel: at least one film/video production qualification at SAQA NQF level 6 or higher (SAQA accredited or QCTO).
- SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days (or equivalent TCS/CSD proof) and CSD registration.
- B-BBEE documentation for preferential points (evidence of 51% Black Ownership and/or 30% Black Woman Ownership, with required CSD/CIPC documents, IDs, and certificates).
