**RFQ to appoint a suitably qualified provider to deliver cleaning and gardening services (including pest control and related hygiene consumables) at SENTECH Middelburg Operational Centre for three years.** Eligible bidders are service providers with proven cleaning and gardening experience, who are registered on Sentech’s Supplier Database, and can demonstrate COIDA compliance, tax compliance, and BBBEE eligibility for preference scoring.

#### Requirements
- Administrative responsiveness: registered on Sentech Supplier Database; company letterhead; quotes received by deadline; fully completed and signed in BLACK ink; confidentiality commitments (RFQ Data 1.1–1.6).  
- Mandatory eligibility: valid COIDA/Letter of Good Standing reflecting Cleaning & Gardening as the registered nature of business (7.1).  
- Compliance and registrations: tax/compliance as required; Sentech supplier database registration.  
- Financial terms: prices in ZAR; limited ability to adjust contract prices without written approval (RFQ Data 3–4).  
- Evaluation: Stage 1 Administrative, Stage 2 Mandatory criteria, Stage 3 Price and Preference (80/20), with BBBEE evidence required to claim preference (7. RFQ Evaluation Method and 8).
