#### Requirements

Delivery to MUT Umlazi Campus; single consignment; bidder to cover packaging/transport and ensure items are defect-free.
- Stage 1: mandatory docs — RFQ documents signed, company registration/CIPC/MUT Vendor number, valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin, two signed reference letters, CV of lead facilitator (min 5 years SRC facilitation, min NQF 7), and a 4-day Work Plan.
- Non-mandatory (Stage 1): CSD MAAA number and BBBEE certificate/affidavit for scoring.
- Pricing: firm prices (VAT 15%), 90-day validity, price schedule for a 4-day workshop; 8–11 December 2026 dates; venue to be confirmed.
- Evaluation: two-stage — Stage 1 eligibility/mandatory docs; Stage 2 price and preference (80/20) with BBBEE points.
