## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of aIDAM solution and ongoing managed services for five years, including supply, implementation, support, maintenance and managed services.** Bidders should be experienced identity and access management (IAM) providers capable of integrating with ATNS applications, delivering SSO, MFA, RBAC, workflows, reporting, and ongoing managed services. OEMs or authorized distributors/resellers may bid, with required OEM/authorization documentation for after-sales support.

#### Requirements
- Three reference letters from enterprise clients for IDAM services (within last 5 years, on client letterhead, signed, verifiable).
- Capacity to implement and support IDAM: either (a) OEM with 5-year warranty, maintenance and support, or (b) OEM letter for resellers detailing authorization, scope, maintenance, and 5-year support.
- SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for the full bid period; or TCS certificate; CSD registration proof (or application) for ATNS submission.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and proof; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates as applicable.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); POPIA consent and data-protection compliance.
- Attendance at compulsory briefing; submission in three parcels (Administrative/Mandatory; Technical; Price/Specific Goals).
- Complete SBDs (Invitation to Bid, Pricing Schedule SBD 3.3, Bid Disclosure SBD4, Preference form SBD6.1); format as required.
- Validity period: 120 days from submission.
