## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to supply, implement and provide support, maintenance, and managed services at ATNS for a cybersecurity awareness solution for a period of five (5) years.** Bidders should be able to deliver a cloud-based cybersecurity awareness platform with training content, automated communications, AD/SSO integration, phishing simulations, reporting, and ongoing managed services. Suitable for cybersecurity training vendors, cloud hosting specialists, identity and access management experts, and providers with ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.  
- Minimum of three contactable reference letters for a cyber-security solution in the last 5 years.  
- Certifications/attestations for ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.  
- A documented support and maintenance manual with SLA, training plans, and update management.  
- Evidence of data security: encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), RBAC, audit logging; POPIA compliance.  
- Compliance with SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS) for the full validity period; CSD registration or proof of application.  
- Central Supplier Database registration (CSD) and CIPC documents; shareholder certificates and ID copies for verification; BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) for specific goals.  
- Registration or accreditation with OEMs/professional bodies as applicable.
