## Summary

#### Overview
**RFQ to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake site demarcation works at the SABS site in Secunda.** Suitable bidders are service providers with road marking/site demarcation experience, CIDB grade 1 SK, and COIDA compliance, registered and experienced in SABS procurement.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory (Stage 1): CIDB grading 1 SK; valid COIDA registration from the Department of Labour.
- Stage 2: three certified, contactable reference letters for similar road marking/site demarcation work in the last 3 years; company profile showing at least 3 years’ experience.
- Documentation to submit with quotation: CSD registration report; valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form; SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form; Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Preferences: 80/20 price vs. specific goals system (as per Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022). Claimed specific-goals points require evidence.
- Scope: demarcation across the whole premises, including road markings, walkways, parking bays, loading zones, emergency assembly points, laboratories; repair of damaged areas prior to markings; fixed labour and material cost structure (note 20% markup on material).
