## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a suitably qualified service provider to conduct quality assurance of performance information for FY 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27 against 25 scorecards for the City Manager and managers directly accountable to the City Manager.** Bidders should have experience in public-sector performance information QA/audit, management consulting or monitoring and evaluation, with capacity to handle multiple scorecards and reporting requirements.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in quality assurance or auditing of performance information and scorecards.
- Compliance with MBD requirements: complete MBD 1 (Part A & B), MBD 3 (Price Schedule), MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; sign MBD 7 contract.
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Clearance PIN or TCC; CSD registration (each consortium member if applicable).
- CIDB and BBBEE: CIDB registration; BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); proof if you are the accredited representative.
- Compulsory briefing attendance; adherence to the closing date and submission procedures.

Conditions: 13.1 Copyright of information obtained through the course of the project is the property of the City of Johannesburg and may not be sold or re-produced by the service provider without the prior permission of the City of Johannesburg. 13.2 Invoices will only be accepted when the CoJ is satisfied with the quality and completeness of the deliverables. 13.3 Penalties for delays caused by the Service Provide will be levied at two (2) percent of the invoiced amount for every ten(10) working days delayed.
