#### Overview
**Procurement of an off-site storage facility, back scanning and digitization of departmental records for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development (Regional 3: Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Northern Cape) for a period of 3 years.** Suitable bidders include those with records management, archival storage, off-site storage, back-scanning and digitization capabilities, and lifecycle management of public-sector records, including microfilm/archive handling.

#### Requirements
- Proven capacity to deliver secure off-site storage and archival lifecycle management for public-sector records.
- Capability to perform back scanning and digitization of paper records and microfilm-rolls with proper metadata and retrieval tracking.
- Compliance with archival standards and robust data security/confidentiality measures.
- Ability to manage records lifecycle: classification, retention, preservation and disposal in line with legislation.
- Compliance with National Treasury procurement requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN; ensure each party in JV/consortium provides required credentials).
- Adherence to GCC/SCC, insurance, performance security and related contract conditions.
