**APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE AN OFF-SITE STORAGE FACILITY, BACK SCANNING AND DIGITIZATION OF DEPARTMENTAL RECORDS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (REGIONAL 2: NORTH WEST PROVINCE, MPUMALANGA PROVINCE AND LIMPOPO PROVINCE) FOR THE PERIOD OF (03) YEARS.** Suitable bidders should have experience in records management, archival storage, off-site storage, back scanning, digitisation, and lifecycle management of public records, with capabilities for secure access, classification, retention, and retrieval.

#### Requirements
- Compulsory briefing: 30 September 2026 (Limpopo PSSC Office, 70 Hans van Resburg, 2nd Floor Boardroom, Polokwane).
- Register with National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the reference numbers on the SBD1 form.
