- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or provide CSD number if no TCS.
- Bid documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid BBBEE certificate (or consolidated BBBEE status for joint ventures).
- Authority to sign (proof) and, if applicable, Joint Venture/Consortium agreements with lead partner details.
- Insurance and security: evidence of premises security, insurance coverage for PPECB items, and third-party liability.
- Ability to supply per Annexure C items (or equivalents if unavailable) and to wrap/pack up to 1500 gifts within 3 weeks of PO.
- Bid validity: 120 days from closing date; compliance with GCC/SCC and confidentiality.
