**Appoint a supplier to provide ad-hoc technical and remediation services for the UPS, HVAC, and fire suppression systems at Umjhantshi House Data Centre for six months on an as-and-when-required basis.** PRASA invites suitably qualified data-centre service providers with experience in UPS, HVAC/cooling, fire suppression, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and reporting to bid.

#### Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in maintaining, repairing, installing, and supporting Data Centre UPS, HVAC, and Fire Suppression Systems.
- At least three client reference letters (past five years) with scope, contacts, and contract duration.
- CVs and certifications for assigned technicians.
- Demonstrated UPS competency for enterprise-grade systems and batteries.
- Demonstrated Fire Suppression competency for data-centre systems.
- OEM accreditation advantageous.
- Availability of qualified resources for six-month period.
- Ability to source replacement parts and components.
- Service reporting capability with detailed diagnostics and maintenance reports.
- Preference for Gauteng-based local presence.
