## Summary

#### Overview
**SAWS seeks to appoint a training provider to deliver an Online Compliance Management Training for one employee** under an RFQ up to R500 000. The course aims to strengthen regulatory compliance, governance, risk management and non‑compliance remediation, to be delivered online (Microsoft Teams) for a single participant. Suitable bidders are training providers with valid SETA accreditation (or university affiliation) and capability to deliver online training, provide facilitator qualifications (NQF level 7+ in Law/Compliance or related), and demonstrate CSD, SARS tax compliance and BBBEE status. The contract will include supplier performance management and an SLA.

#### Requirements
- Proof of SETA accreditation valid at submission or affiliation with a university.
- Proof of CSD registration and CSD number; SARS tax compliance status (PIN or TCS certificate).
- Completion of mandatory bid documents: Annexure A, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Pricing Schedule, POPIA notice.
- Evidence of ability to deliver online training (Microsoft Teams) and content aligned to Annexure H RFQ terms of reference.
- CV of facilitator with NQF 7+ qualification in Law/Compliance/ Risk or Governance; certified copies of qualifications.
- 2–3 client references for prior Compliance Management Training engagements.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; for specific goals under the 80/20 system.
- POPIA supplier consent and data handling commitments; privacy compliance.
- Willingness to undergo SAWS due diligence site visits if requested and to sign an SLA on award.
