**Appointment of a training provider to provide Executive Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics Training for four (4) Executive Managers.** SAWS seeks an accredited provider to design and deliver a senior-executive, governance-focused programme (non-technical) within a budget of up to R500,000. Delivery may be at the provider’s premises or a suitable venue in Pretoria/Centurion/Midrand; the contract has a 60-day validity period after the closing date.

#### Requirements
- Accredited service provider: valid accreditation from SETA or QCTO, or university-affiliated/Business School accreditation. 
- Deliver a comprehensive executive programme covering the specified topics; provide a detailed curriculum and CVs of facilitators (NQF Level 8+). 
- Mandatory documentation: proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit). 
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures/subcontractors. 
- Premises and due diligence: approved operational premises; potential site visit prior to award; SLA and supplier performance metrics required. 
- Data/privacy: POPIA supplier notice/consent form (Annexure I). 
- Preference framework: 80/20 price/preference system with specific BBBEE/goals documentation (Annexure F). 
- Compliance protection: rights to due diligence, reference checks, and potential contract measures (SLA, site visits). 
- Delivery scope: executive-focus delivery, not technical development; aligned to AI governance, risk, leadership, and transformation (Annexure H).
